Position Summary
Production Team Member, will report directly to the team leader of their given department. Depending on the task, this role will work closely with the creation of our products along with the packaging, and preparation for shipment. Ability to cooperate with a team for the common goal and take direction are essential qualities for this position. A strong foundation in reliability will be established previously during the new hire phase. Knowledge of the seafood industry, and our product flow is important.
